Empowering Female Founders in STEM and Innovation
empowHER is an innovative 12 week program designed to empower and support female founders in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) as well as innovation. This initiative is aimed at addressing the gender gap and empowering women to excel in traditionally male-dominated industries, fostering their growth as entrepreneurs and leaders.
empowHER recognises the immense potential of female founders and is committed to providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to thrive in their entrepreneurial journey.

We not only provide business advice and direction but also focus on empowering women personally, fostering their self-esteem and confidence. Our program is built on the foundation of strong, diverse networks, with a team that is well-connected within both the government and business community, ensuring participants have access to valuable connections and opportunities.

A partnership between Ma’at Collective and Disruptors Co, the program is led by a dynamic and visionary leadership team that brings together a diverse range of knowledge, skills, and expertise.
The highly-skilled and experienced team is equipped to provide tailored guidance, mentorship, and support to participants; helping them navigate the complex landscape of entrepreneurship and achieve their goals. Leveraging their extensive networks, including connections with the government and business communities, the team both promote the program and create opportunities for participants.
